I don''t usually write reviews but thought this was well deserved! I just want to give M Spinello on Chestnut a KUDOS! My husband recently lost his only key fob to his car. When I called Kia they said they were the only ones that could order and activate a new key fob for the Kia. Kia said he would also have to tow the car in. I called Matthew and he immediately made some calls and was able to not only order the key fob, but also activate it at our house so we didn''t have to tow anywhere! It was far less $ then the dealership quoted and not to mention they told me they were the only ones that could do it. Later, we found the lost key fob and Matthew activated that as well. So it was a win win for us!
