I called M. Spinello on 10/28/2020 after regular business hours and spoke with Scott.I tried to open a Sentry briefcase style case that had not been opened for several years. My key would not work. Scott told me to try wd-40 on it, and this morning it opened like a charm! He spared a service cost, time and a safe for me! He was fantastic and a great representative for M. Spinello! Thank you so very much!!!!
