I called M. Spinello''s because a key broke in my door lock and the lock wouldn''t work. Curt explained what could be done, and the possible costs. It ended up that we could fix the lock, but it was a very stressful experience. Curt calmed me and made a difficult time much easier to bear. The understanding Curt showed was wonderful. The reason I called M. Spinello was due to the fact that when we first came to Rockford we had M. Spinello re-key our locks and make new keys. They were very professional and wonderful to deal with. I would recommend them very highly and would use them every time.
