Just wanted to let the powers that be know how happy I am with (I believe) Mark who came and unlocked my car today while attempting to bike at Atwood Bike Park. I did a big \"duh\" and locked my main key and even my spare in my back pack that I left on my car seat. It was one of those oh @#$%& moments when I realized I closed the door and it was already locked. When I called M Spinello, they said it would probably be about 25 minutes (which wasn''t bad I thought). However, I think Mark was there in maybe like 15 minutes AND he had the door unlocked in like maybe 30 seconds. I was really impressed with his knowledge. But the best part (and I would have never thought of this) was to turn the unlocking charge in to my insurance. So when I got home, I swung by my agent and they said I have that kind of coverage. They actually wrote me a check for the full unlock charge right then and there. So that was really great and took the sting out of my mishap. You know how something like this puts you in a really bad mood once it happens. So I want to thank Mark for getting me back in my vehicle but best of all he also helped me to get reimbursed.
